Returns/ Exchanges Policies

  1. Our products are all made to order. They are crafted individually with each order. Please be sure to read the item's descriptions, measurements, and sizes before finalizing your order. 
  2. If you received wrong or damaged item(s), please let us know within 48 hours that we will be able to work on the replacements.
  3. For returns/exchanges, products will need to be unused and in the original packaging. 
  4. We will not be able cover cost of shipping on returns/exchanges, but please contact us for more information on processing your returns/exchanges.
