- Our products are all made to order. They are crafted individually with each order. Please be sure to read the item's descriptions, measurements, and sizes before finalizing your order.
- If you received wrong or damaged item(s), please let us know within 48 hours that we will be able to work on the replacements.
- For returns/exchanges, products will need to be unused and in the original packaging.
- We will not be able cover cost of shipping on returns/exchanges, but please contact us for more information on processing your returns/exchanges.
